I now offer customized facilitation for women's groups, teams, and as modules for trainings and retreats. For over 20 years, Tom Soltron and I have been offering deep experiences that transform the way we listen, produce sound and music, and experience the healing that Sound provides.

When not traveling, I offer community yoga classes in Jubrique, a tiny village in the mountains of Malaga, Spain... also home of the Tone of Life Centre.

About Abby
Love and lineage, and life's struggles and golden emergence have guided my path since early childhood.
I grew up off the grid in north-central Patagonia, Argentina. My mother was a West Indian healer and bodyworker, and my father was an aristocratic Londoner. Their choice to move to a remote and beautiful location infused me with a wisdom that connected anatomy, music, and the healing arts at an early age.
While I took space as an early adult to migrate to the UK and enter the mainstream world for transnational business, I returned to Argentina in 2007 to join my mother and work with her and my family at Casa Isis, the retreat centre she built...
Abby's presence in the room allows is a clear knowing of spirit, and all the practices that go into accessing oneself amidst the chaos. I have been moved by her voice, her tenor, and her invitation to step into the connective fabric of nature that unites us all. She is truly a gifted teacher.
